DANE stands for Departmental Ambassadors for New Employees. The DANE program seeks to encourage Division awareness and collaboration among departments at the earliest stages of an employee’s position. The ultimate goal of the program is to create a support network that best serves our customers (students, parents, external clients, and each other). Every department within the Division has a DANE representative. These ambassadors provide a welcome session which contains an overview of their department and its place in SAEM, a facility tour, and staff introductions.
