Welcome to the Office of Financial Aid

With an unparalleled combination of academic excellence and affordability, Georgia Southern is consistently rated as an excellent value in higher education. And with research showing college graduates will earn more than $1 million more during their lifetimes than those without a degree, it’s clear Georgia Southern is a good investment.

We help families from diverse economic backgrounds achieve their college dreams through a combination of scholarships, grants and loans. Find out more about our commitment to affordability here or see how Georgia Southern compares to other University System of Georgia’s public colleges and universities in a new tool that provides all the information you need about degree attainment, student success, costs and affordability.

We can help you get the funding and support you need. Our counselors are available to assist both students and parents during regular office hours, offering support in-person, by email or by phone. For students who cannot meet during regular office hours, we offer the flexibility to schedule after-hours appointments.
