8:00-11:00 AM Closed Daily for Processing
11:00 AM—5:00 PM Open to assist families/students
Due to pending deadlines for payment of student accounts, the Financial Aid office will be closed to the public from 8:00 – 11:00 am daily for processing. The office will be open to assist students/families from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm during this time.
The Financial Aid Office will resume normal office hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) on Friday, September 8, 2017.
Fee Payment Deadline is Monday, August 14
Last Day to Sign Up for NelNet Payment Plan is August 18, 2017
1st Financial Aid Disbursement is Thursday, August 24, 2017
Cancellation for non-payment is September 6, 2017
*The Financial Aid office is working to complete processing of all Federal Verification documents as quickly as possible in the order they are received. Due to the large volume of documentation submitted, current processing time is averaging 3 weeks.
**Please remember the priority filing deadline for Financial aid was February 1, 2017 and all subsequent documents to be submitted by June 9, 2017. If you have submitted documents after this date or the documents submitted are incorrect or incomplete, you will need to be prepared to pay the balance on your invoice.
The Department of Financial Aid is a unit of the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management. Twenty-four full-time staff, two graduate assistants, and many student employees are available to help with even the most difficult questions.
Counselors are available to assist students and parents during regular office hours, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, by walk-in for quick questions, by e-mail or telephone. If a student is unable to meet during regular office hours, an after-hours appointment can be made.
