Thank you for your interest in this opportunity to learn more about the graduate student assistantship positions currently available in our division and to register for the upcoming interview day. This event is for full time, degree-seeking graduate students either entering or currently enrolled for Fall 2015.

Step 1- Review the available assistantship job descriptions located HERE. Remember to review only those positions marked as GAID Only for this program. Please note some positions may have earlier or later start dates than Fall 2015. Read carefully.

Step 2- Complete the general information form HERE.

Step 3- Complete the College of Graduate Studies graduate assistantship application and submit your resume HERE. Students who have previously completed this application should ensure their information and resume are up to date.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE- Friday, February 6, 2015

Step 4- Reserve Friday, March 13, 2015 for SAEM Graduate Assistantship Interview Day. Interviews will be held between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

Once you have registered, your application and resume will be reviewed by participating departments. Departments will then select those students they wish to interview. Students will be notified by Monday, March 2, 2015 whether or not they have received an interview. Interview times and locations will be included in your email notification if you are selected to participate in the program.
