Join us for food, music, inflatables, and a variety of activities for the entire family. Activities will include a mechanical bull, Giant Twister, football toss, and axe throwing. The Saucy Shrimp and Jonny Boy Cookies Food Trucks will be onsite so no need to make other plans for dinner! Georgia Southern’s Pep Band will be joining around 7:15 to kick off their Friday night city tour around Statesboro. Our 5k run will end at the block party and the awards ceremony will take place during this event.
Start your weekend off with a Family Fun “Glow” Run around our beautiful Statesboro campus. The Fun Run will start and finish at the Recreation Activities Center and will take participants all around campus. Check-in for the 5K will begin at 7 p.m. at the RAC. Pre-registration is required and can be added as part of your Fall Family Weekend ticket package. The Glow Run will conclude at the Family Block Party and awards will be handed out during the Block Party. Awards will be given to the top three overall Male and Female finishers.

Parking is only available at Paulson Stadium if you have an already purchased parking pass from the Athletic Foundation/Eagle Fund. Parking passes are also available for purchase at the Recreation Activity Center. Those looking for free parking, will need to park at the Russell Union and ride the Family Weekend Shuttle to Paulson Stadium. Football Ticket Required.

Family Weekend Hours are Friday Sept. 29th 9:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 30th from 1:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. Admission is $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for children ages 3-11.
