Free Application for Federal Student Aid

To apply for federal financial aid, and to apply for many state student aid programs, students must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Electronic versions of the FAFSA make applying for financial aid faster and easier than ever.

The 2022-2023 academic year includes:

  • Fall 2022
  • Spring 2023
  • Summer 2023

If you plan to enroll in any of these terms, you must complete the 2022-2023 FAFSA.

To apply for 2022-2023 financial aid, you should complete the 2022 – 2023 FAFSA prior to February 1, 2022, to ensure priority handling of your application.

 Note: If you are enrolling for Summer 2023, you will need to complete the 2022-2023 FAFSA prior to June 30, 2023.

The 2023-2024 academic year includes:

  • Fall 2023
  • Spring 2024
  • Summer 2024

If you plan to enroll in any of these terms, you must complete the 2023-2024 FAFSA.

To apply for 2023-2024 financial aid, you should complete the 2023 – 2024 FAFSA prior to February 1, 2023, to ensure priority handling of your application.

Note: If you are enrolling for Summer 2024, you will need to complete the 2023-2024 FAFSA prior to June 30, 2024.
