National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE)
The NSSE measures levels at which college freshmen and seniors feel they are engaged in educationally meaningful activities that have been associated with high levels of learning, personal development, satisfaction, persistence, and graduation. Many of the student behaviors and institutional characteristics associated with these activities comprise the following five benchmarks of effective educational practice reported by NSSE: (1) Level of academic challenge; (2) Active and Collaborative Learning; (3) Student-faculty Interactions; (4) Enriching Educational Experiences; and (5) Supportive Campus Environment.
NSSE reports are available through the links for Armstrong & Liberty and Statesboro campuses below. We will add data for the consolidated Georgia Southern University as it becomes available.
