Ad Astra Academic Room Scheduling
Academic room assignments must be completed through Ad Astra.
Academic schedulers now have modify access to the Ad Astra system for room assignments. If you have courses that do not have a room assignment or if you need to move a course due to enrollment changes, please utilize Ad Astra to identify rooms.
A couple of notes on how Banner and Ad Astra share data. If you enter a new course in Banner, you will see the course in Ad Astra the next business day and be able to make your room assignment at that point. If you make a change to an existing course in Banner, you will see the data in Ad Astra within two hours. If you make any changes to room assignments in Ad Astra, the changes will be seen in Banner within two hours.

If you need to submit a room preference for the course(s), then please use the Google Form here to submit your preference.
If you need assistance with the Ad Astra system or need training, please send an email to email@example.com.
If you need access to Ad Astra to schedule or edit academic rooms, please have your supervisor send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, department and position. Before access is given, the new user must either be trained by another user or attend a short training session provided by the Office of the Registrar.
