Academic Room Requests
- ACADEMIC CLASSES
- NOTE: These requests are ONLY for the academic class for the entire semester. This can be an original room request for the semester or to change a room for the semester or remainder of the semester.
- Click on the Academic Class tab to submit a request.
- EVENTS
- NOTE: These requests are gatherings that meet outside of a regularly scheduled academic class in Banner. These include but are not limited to: Tests, Study Session, Thesis/Dissertation Defense, Departmental Meetings, Lectures, Guest Speakers, Candidate Interviews/Selections, Ceremonies, Workshops, Camps, Student Groups, etc.
- Click on the Events tab to submit a request.
- EVENTS OCCURRING DURING FINAL EXAM DAYS

- Send email to academicroomrequests@georgiasouthern.edu. Be sure to include the following information in the email:
- Event Name
- Date
- Expected Headcount for Event
- Begin Time
- End Time
- Building Preference
- Room Preference
