Request to Graduate In Absentia
A Request to Graduate in Absentia form must be received by the Registrar’s Office if you are not walking in a commencement ceremony.
Additionally, an Application for Graduation must be received by all students who are completing degree requirements. To learn more about applying for graduation, please visit https://em.georgiasouthern.edu/registrar/applicationforgraduation/.
Please access WINGS at https://my.georgiasouthern.edu/ to enter a (DA) Diploma Address that is valid fourteen weeks after commencement for delivery of your diploma. If there is no (DA) Diploma Address, the (MA) Permanent Home address is used for mailing your diploma after all requirements are completed. The $35 graduation fee can be paid on-line at https://my.georgiasouthern.edu/ or by person by visiting the Cashier’s Office in Deal Hall.
